Online training doesn’t mean less support or attention than a traditional set-up. As an online client, you can expect:

Is Personal Training right for me?
Personal training isn’t just for bodybuilders or athletes. Anyone can benefit—whether you aim for general fitness, mobility, or a specific goal. Having a coach offers encouragement, guidance, and accountability that can truly transform your life.
How will my plan be made?
No cookie-cutter, off-the-shelf plans here! Each client receives a personalized plan, tailored through thorough consultation to understand their lifestyle, motivations, barriers, and goals. This adaptable, evolving plan will be refined continuously based on client feedback and progress.
Do I need to be active already?
No! Regardless of your current activity level, I will meet you were you are currently at and work with you in a sustainable way to make positive changes to get more active.

Do I need a goal already?
Many people start coaching with a general feeling that they want to make a “change” without knowing exactly what this might look like. That’s ok, part of the consultation process and getting to know my clients is using coaching methods to support you to develop your personal goals, whatever these might be.
How long would I need to commit for?
Lifestyle changes that stick and are sustainable for long-term progress take time. I encourage all clients to commit to at least 6 months of coaching, although I would never lock-in a client if they find coaching isn’t for them. Clients are asked to provide a 1 month notice from usual payment date if they wish to cancel.
How much does it cost?
I have spent a long time researching and considering my pricing to ensure that my services are accessible whilst maintaining sustainability for my business. Full pricing is provided after initial queries so please get in touch
